A pretty Dog I spotted in a group of dogs on the beach
Kennebunkport, Maine
This is me, Dawn. I love my name!
It was my first day of school living in Royal Oak, MI
I went to school here K-3 before moving to Butler, PA
I've lived in 8 states! Massachusetts, New Mexico,
Michigan, Pennsylvania, Connecticut,
Arizona, Maine, New Hampshire (in that order)
My Dad
I was not even a year old on the left and on the right, a
favorite picture of him. I remember this day,
he was 89 or 90. I miss him so much!
He passed away at 91 in 2017.

End of the Day, it's getting Dark
Rye, New Hampshire

That's a pretty dog find, Dawn. You took a great picture of it. Thanks for the picture of you and of your dad. That's a pretty sunset photo, If I ever get to Rye, Texas again I'll post a picture for you. It is a small town east of Houston of which I used to ride my motorcycle for get=away trips. We've had tropical rain today, I hear more thunder now.
ReplyDeleteAnd this is a sad day for us. Mrs. Jim's sister died this morning at 7:30, after her bad stroke she came down with COVID-19. She lived in North Louisiana with her husband. We were on our way to visit her at her rehab center room when we got their daughter's call, had been driving 90 minutes of a six hour drive. We came back home until her funeral.
Stay Safe,
Thank you, Jim. I read a reply, I believe Ralphs page, that you spoke about the passing of your wife's sister. I made a comment there. I am very sorry to hear this. Sending prayers to all of you.

...DAWN you DID a DANDY job with D! I hope that the group of DOGS was from last year. You sure have moved around a lot, I've only live in New York and Ohio. My DAD DIED with he was 72! A DELIGHTFUL DAY'S end. Thanks for joining the party, take care!
ReplyDeleteThis week Dawn it is impossible to pick a favourite as I love all of them for different reasons but the image of your parting shot is stunning. Stay safe and have a lovely week ahead.
ReplyDeleteThe dog is a beauty! Love your picture. So cute! Your dad looks like a nice guy. Love the sunset!
ReplyDeleteDoggies love the water almost as much as their masters! I remember the days when girls wore plaid dresses and boys always wore collared shirts to school - wish they dressed better for school these days...you and your dad make a lovely team!
