Joggers
Many years ago these four guys met each other at Ledyard High School, in Connecticut! They're graduates of the very first graduating class, LHS 1967 and all of them were on the first LHS Cross Country team. They have remained good friends since graduating. (my husband is on the left #675)
Several years ago the Colonel Classic 5K road race began, all the money goes for scholarships. The route, is the exact route that the team ran during their four years in high school. It was springtime, and just happened to snow on this day! I've posted this story in the past.
My daughter, April, and her two boys, looking Jolly! Hayden on the left is now 15 and AJ on the right is 20.
Time flies!

Wonderful set of Js! Have a sunny weekend.
ReplyDeleteNice "J's", Dawn. I like best the wet red tailed hawk best, good picture making. It is fun to have a continued functions. Our Early Ford V8 club disbanded about the time we moved to south to the West Houston side, Katy, Texas. Of course it never is out of town but it was a 75 mile drive that took an hour and a half in good traffic. All to see a daughter and granddaughter and SIL. At that time I sold my old 1950 Ford V8. Your daughter and hers looked really Jolly.

Al great J's but I love the last one of your family. Lovely to see them so happy. I hope you have a wonderful weekend.
ReplyDeleteThe hawk looks impressive although we are seeing more and more of these in out suburban neighborhood (not to mention coyotes). When we had a cat, it always stayed indoors! Your family looks jolly, happy and very nice! Friends for over 50 years are true friends...
