ReplyDeleteHi Dawn ~~ I like your post. I like Portsmouth, we've been there a few times. My first was way back in 1962 when my across-the-street Manchester neighbor was the Brown Shoe Company "Factory Rep" making a Saturday appearance at the shoe store there and offered to let me come along. I liked the town, I meandered all morning. The last time was in the 2000's on Columbus Day and the tourist season was ending that day. The lobster houses went down at six. The next day though, the roadside restaurants were still serving. We stopped, we always stop for yummies.
ReplyDeleteI posted later even than you and didn't make rounds until today. Tomorrow it won't be late because I have it all made up. It could be late though in returning visits because we have our granddaughter, KP, eight, with us as her parents are out of town.
