It's a favorite and it works!

  1. Interesting house. I would need a rowboat. The sunflower in sunshine is a beauty. I can almost hear that clock tick and the alarm ... memories.

  3. ..CAPE Porpoise, Maine looks delightful just like all of the other COASTAL towns that you show!
...yesterday I made a trip to check out sunflower fields and I saw very few. I need to expand my search.
...back when the Baby Ben alarm CLOCK was made, things were built to last.
...as a boy we visited Franconia, New Hampshire, but I don't remember the CANNON Mountain Tramway.
Thanks Dawn for joining the party, you sure have some beautiful scenes to share.

  4. I believe Mother Nature won the battle over the Maine house even if is on stilts. The owners must have to use a flat bottomed boat to get to it. I'm glad that you have your FIL's clock, it brings memories.
I remember Franconia Notch, there wasn't much there except to ski in the winters back when I lived in N.H. There was no Tramway or Cable Car there either.
