A frozen Lake Winnipesaukee this week.
The largest lake in New Hampshire, is about 25 min from my home and covers almost 70 square miles!
Here's some fun facts to read about it.
I LOVE this rock!
I've taken so many photos of it, used it on calendars and had a different version of it, matted and framed for my home. Located in Rye, New Hampshire
Portsmouth Harbor Lighthouse
Last week at sunrise, but there was no sun to see. It was a misty morning, with fog in some areas.

The wagon had recently been restored, and a got a new coat of paint. It was the project of a local Eagle Scout.

  1. WOW we live beside Lake Ontario and there is no ice. Love lighthouses! I would photograph that rock too!

    1. I know, it's crazy! The last 5 years, ice out was all in the month of April. Since they started keeping records in the late 1880's, maybe there's been 4 or 5 times it was in March, and a few times in May. Almost always in April. It's still cold here, today 24 but only feels like 12! I am ready for some warmer weather.
