I caught this seagull taking off, over the "cairn" also known as a pile of rocks. It's quite common to see these man made piles of rocks, along the seacoast.
I took this photo in Rye, NH
A cactus in the Arizona desert, is also very colorful.

    I had not seen your pretty Cactus with its red blumes. It would be a treat to find on the desert. We have a Christmas cactus in our kitchen that looks about like yours, red flowers and all. We don't have chiadees here in our coastal area.
