Happy Autumn ♥

A two weekend post :)
I just couldn't write about my favorite time of year in one post!  You'll notice some of the pictures in "week two" will be similar photos and locations to those in week one, posted last week on 9/22.

We also took our first glider ride this weekend, so I will have a few shots of that, as well as a very short video.

ENJOY your visit to my little part of the world.
New Hampshire, USA
Another beautiful morning in New Hampshire
A gorgeous reflection at Beaver Pond in the White Mountain National Forest.
Early morning fog covers Pearl Lake
this horse, been taking pictures of him since spring and I wish I knew his name!  I waited a long time for him to move so I could get a better shot, finally I just took the picture knowing he was there to stay for a while :)
There was more color at the Cog Railway this week...three trains were loading
Sunset at Long Pond in Benton, NH

Our first glider ride "Gliding in Franconia"
Sunday afternoon 9/28

flying over Cannon Mountain
So much FUN!
Me, getting ready for take off!  My husband also went up, but only one can go at a time.  I think everyone should put this on their "Bucket List"

  1. What wonderful autumn pictures! I'm loving the notoriety of the elections but the birds are soooo gorgeous!

  2. Such gorgeous photos you've shared! We were up in the White Mountains last weekend too. I LOVE living here, and just being a couple hours from the whites… I live in southern NH.

  4. Gorgeous pictures! This time last year I was visiting from 'Old' England to the 'New' (my cousin and his wife live in Merrimack, NH) and on our last day together we went to the White Mountains National Park - I got some great shots but the Autumn colours hadn't quite arrived.
Here, 'across the pond', our colours are turning so I need to get out with the camera before the winds rips the leaves from the trees and makes a carpet of russet and gold on the grass! ;-)
